Freedom to Change

Every morning I wake up and listen to Tom Kenyon tell me what an incredible human being I am and how as I listen to his psycho acoustic recording, all of my old messages of not being good enough evaporate away and are being replaced by subconscious messages that I have the freedom to change and I have the self esteem or self belief to support it. I am a true believer in sound healing work and subliminal messages in an advanced psycho acoustic delivery system. It works. I have changed and I know now more every day that I love myself more now than I ever had. This is truly amazing technology and the results are life changing………..and with all that being said, I am still struggling.

I have wrestled with change my whole life and I am, according to Myers-Briggs, Kirton Adaption Innovation, and the Birkman, what is called a “high change agent”. I like change, I thrive on change, I live for change and change is the hardest thing I have ever done. So what is the catch……well, the catch is that I like change as long as does not apply to me but applies to you or someone other than me. I have developed a whole new level of compassion around change in these last few years, especially this last year where I am going through changes that affect my whole family of origin system as well as my relationships with the people in my life that I love the most. So yes, we do have the freedom to change, and in some ways change is the only constant we have in our lives, and armed with that I will end with one of my favorite quotes by James M. Barrie….…"Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle." Someday that might be you, today it's me.

stan--that is very moving to me. it does seem so much easier to see where others are stuck and what they need to do.
